As part of undertaking a survey of residents in Hartlepool to inform the creation of a new tree strategy and the Tree Equity for Hartlepool project at large, Trees for Cities is offering those who complete the survey the chance to win a £50 online shopping gift card. 

Terms of entry: 

• The competition is open to adults over the age of 18.
• The survey and entrants is intended for Hartlepool residents. The prize will be eligible for UK residents only. 
• The entrant must fill in the survey form to enter the competition.  
• Entries are capped at one per person.  
• The competition closes at 11:59pm BST on Tuesday 15th July 2025.
• In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Trees for Cities may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. 
• Eligible participant names will be assigned numbers, with these then entered into a random number generator and a winner chosen.  

Winners’ criteria: 

• Winners will be informed before or by Thursday 31st July 2025 and will then receive prize details. The winner will be notified by email and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to Trees for Cities within 14 days of being notified, then a prize will not be sent out. 

Data protection: 

• Trees for Cities is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information following these Terms and Conditions and Trees for Cities privacy policy which is available here. 
• By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Trees for Cities to administer the competition. 

 Trees for Cities reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
