Across the organisation

Trees for Cities store all photos, videos, audio and quotes in a secure cloud-based folder that only employees of the organisation can access. Photos, videos, audio and quotes are added to this folder by team members sharing them with the Marketing and Communications team, stating the permission type, project, location, and date etc. to ensure they are filed correctly.  

Whenever employees of the organisation require photos, videos, audio and/or quotes, they access them from the secure cloud-based folder. They are permitted to download them for editing and uploading onto the resource or material they are working on, but must then delete them from their work PC or laptop.  
 

With partners

For general use, Trees for Cities can share the photos, videos, audio and quotes with any partners to promote our work on social media, our website, marketing materials, reports, funding applications and on partner websites and materials.  
 

General Use

You agree that Trees for Cities can take photos, videos, audio and record quotes of you and/or your dependents and use them to promote our wider work as an organisation. This includes but is not limited to using photos, videos, audio and quotes on social media, our website, marketing materials, funding reports/applications and sharing them with partner organisations to promote our work.
