New Trees in Stonefield Park
Trees for Cities are pleased to have partnered with the London Borough of Hillingdon to plant new trees in Stonefield Park.
The new trees will increase canopy cover in the area, providing natural habitats for wildlife and promoting biodiversity.

Final Planting Design
Thank you to everyone who left feedback on the project. All suggestions and thoughts were taken into consideration to create the final design, shown in the image below. You can also download the design here.
New trees have been planted along the pathways of the park, and around the playground and the outdoor gym. Some of these have replaced trees that previously died and some are new trees, to create shade and an aesthetically pleasing avenue.
Hedgerow planting has filled in the gaps on the peripheries of the park. This has been planted in a way that ensures visibility when looking into the park from the road.
If you have any questions or concerns about the design or planting that has taken place, please contact our Community Engagement Coordinator, Hetty at hetty@treesforcities.org or on 07920 720917.
