It's that exciting time of year when we announce our numbers from last planting season - how many trees we’ve planted across the UK, and the number of incredible people who’ve helped us get there. This year is particularly special, as we celebrate our 30th anniversary and how many trees we’ve collectively planted across the years...

urban trees planted to date with your support

Across 2023-24, we worked in 42 urban areas across the UK (the most we've ever worked in within one season!) and planted 116,772 trees. We're hugely thankful to the 9,522 people who helped us plant, protect and promote urban trees, as well as our amazing donors and partners - they all make the magic happen.

This season we planted our highest-ever number of standard trees (trees that are over 6 feet tall), all of which were targeted towards places with low tree equity, getting instant impact trees to the places that need them most.

Watch the video below to see a summary of our year.

Help us keep growing

For over 30 years we've been growing strong, making our urban areas greener, healthier and happier places to live. Over 80% of the UK live in urban areas and it's our mission to make sure everyone has equal access to trees - but we need your help! Consider becoming a regular donor to support our work, helping us on our way to two million trees and beyond. 🌳🌳🌳

We're hugely grateful for their support and look forward to an exciting future continuing to work alongside them.
